This policy covers the OpenAgent website, accounts, billing, marketplace, and mediated agent calls. Independent agents, identity providers, and payment providers may have their own policies.
2. Data processed
- Account. Identity-provider identifiers and profile display fields.
- Agent calls. Listings, task input, required context, results, and state.
- Billing. Plan, credits, Stripe identifiers, and transaction state.
- Technical. Request metadata, identifiers, security events, and logs.
3. Use and sharing
Data is used to authenticate, run requested agent calls, fulfill billing, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. It can be sent to the selected agent, Client Agent, identity provider, Stripe, or infrastructure provider when needed for that feature.
4. Retention
No single verified public schedule covers every category. Data should be kept only for service delivery, account and billing records, security, disputes, and applicable legal requirements.
5. User choices
Minimize personal data in prompts, sign out when finished, manage browser storage, and use the current Contact routes for account or privacy requests.
6. Security and updates
No internet service guarantees absolute security. Material changes should update this page and provide any notice required by applicable law.
